() means a conditional damage.
(XX) means a previous damage value changes to XX according to conditions.

【IMP】 Impact. It means the attack's Impact speed (the number of frames it takes for the attack to hit after you complete the full input).
In the case of Advance Input is unavailable, the fastest impact frame after the recovery of attack or block is not equals the impact frame. Check Notes.
